Mushroom Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 300g fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups sliced mushrooms (your choice)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Procedure:

  1. Cook Fettuccine:
  2. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Sauté Mushrooms:
  4. In a large pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until they release their moisture and become golden brown.

  5. Add Garlic:
  6. Add minced garlic to the pan with sautéed mushrooms. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant.

  7. Pour in Heavy Cream:
  8. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

  9. Add Parmesan:
  10. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until it's fully melted and the sauce is smooth.

  11. Season:
  12. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust according to your preferences.

  13. Combine with Fettuccine:
  14. Add the cooked fettuccine to the pan with the mushroom Alfredo sauce. Toss until the pasta is well coated.

  15. Garnish:
  16. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added freshness.

  17. Serve:
  18. Serve the Mushroom Alfredo hot. Enjoy your creamy and flavorful pasta!
