Mushroom Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients:
- 300g fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms (your choice)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
Add minced garlic to the pan with sautéed mushrooms. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until it's fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust according to your preferences.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the pan with the mushroom Alfredo sauce. Toss until the pasta is well coated.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added freshness.
