Garlic Pasta Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g pancetta or bacon, diced
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced pancetta. Sauté until the pancetta is crispy and the garlic is fragrant.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and grated Parmesan cheese to form the carbonara sauce.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with garlic and pancetta. Pour the carbonara sauce over the pasta. Toss until the pasta is coated in the sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Continue tossing until the pasta is well-coated and heated through.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added freshness.
