Garlic Pasta Carbonara Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200g pancetta or bacon, diced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Procedure:

  1. Cook Spaghetti:
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Sauté Garlic and Pancetta:
  4. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced pancetta. Sauté until the pancetta is crispy and the garlic is fragrant.

  5. Prepare Carbonara Sauce:
  6. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and grated Parmesan cheese to form the carbonara sauce.

  7. Combine Pasta and Sauce:
  8. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with garlic and pancetta. Pour the carbonara sauce over the pasta. Toss until the pasta is coated in the sauce.

  9. Season:
  10. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Continue tossing until the pasta is well-coated and heated through.

  11. Garnish:
  12. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added freshness.

  13. Serve:
  14. Serve the Garlic Pasta Carbonara warm. Enjoy!
